After you approve a quote and pay, we buy your item in Japan and ship it to you with a trackable service (typically Japan Post EMS, FedEx, DHL or UPS). You get a tracking number once it's on its way.
Shipping is included in your quote
Shipping to your exact address is already part of your all-in quote (item + service fee + shipping). Because remote areas and islands can cost more, we ask for your address up front so the quote is accurate — no surprise shipping charges later.
How long it takes
Once paid, sourcing and dispatch usually take a few business days to a couple of weeks depending on the item and where it's found. International delivery time then depends on the carrier and destination. You can follow every step on your tracking page.
Import duties & taxes
Quotes do not include import duties or taxes. Your country may charge these on delivery, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before you approve a quote.
